Preparation of the 55-acre development will entail: 听

  • Major Site Clearing & Grubbing
  • Mass Excavation with over 500,000 CY of Material Moved
  • Extension of Aberdeen Blvd through the Logistics Park

Poettker has partnered with local mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler trade contractors to design-build these systems.听 Our听distribution and warehouse team is excited to deliver this new听campus with听the highest quality industrial standards.听
